“Taikos dronai” (Drones of Peace) — an architectural living-plant installation at the Kaunas Akropolis shopping centre.

The goal

To mark the International Day of Happiness and Earth Day with an artistic solution that would become the centre’s main visitor attraction and photography spot.

The solution

Together with architects Linas Tuleikis, Kęstas Vaikšnoras and Karolis Platakis, and floral artist Sandra Svobūnė, we created an installation of living plants. The piece spoke about the environment that surrounds us, drawing attention to climate issues and the context of the war in Ukraine.
